Dr. Markus Wekwerth studied law at the University of Tübingen, followed by a legal clerkship in Tübingen.
He started working as an attorney at a renowned law firm in Stuttgart and established the sector for Intellectual Property Rights and IT-Law in the firm. In 2010 he did his doctor’s degree.
Subject of his paper was “The legal issues of ambush marketing in big sports events”. In springtime 2012 he started working for Kurz Pfitzer Wolf & Partner and became partner.
Markus Wekwerth is a Certified Expert by the German Bar for Intellectual Property Law (IP Law).
