What we offer
We can monitor your trademarks for you on a continuous basis in the registers that you wish or that are relevant for your trademark. You will receive a monthly report on the trademarks found and therefore have the possibility of filing possible opposition to other trademark applications within the short three-month opposition deadline. In addition, you will have the option of contacting third parties well before the filing of opposition in order to possibly reach an agreement. Furthermore, countries can be monitored in which you do not have a trademark in order to see what the competition is doing.
Scope of service
- Establishment of continuous monitoring for the registers of the trademark offices in question
- Monthly transmission of the hits found from monitoring
- Any written legal assessment and recommendation regarding the individual hits
Costs
We offer you this service based on a lump-sum fee annually. The amount of costs depends on the number of registers to be monitored. We would be happy to provide you with a quote. For written evaluations regarding the individual hits, there will be additional lump-some fees.
